The route will give you a taste of some of Europe’s famous pilgrims routes and along the roughly 5,100km long way you will be able to discover some of the continent’s most impressive religious buildings, from Trondheim in Norway to Santiago de Compostela in Spain.
The French part of EuroVelo 3, called « La Scandibérique »
With its 1,600 km of routes, represents the biggest cycling route in France. Starting at the Belgian border, the route finishes in the Pyrenees at Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, high place of confluence of the St. Jacques de Compostella paths.
In Landes, the plan represents 177 km among which 41 km only on the conurbation of Grand Dax.
